What are your serving sizes?

Our minimum serving size is two and can be ordered in multiples of two to suit how many you are catering for.

Why are your meals fresh and not frozen?

We believe fresh is best!

Do you have vegetarian options?

Absolutely! Just filter the product page and select ‘vegetarian’ and all of our vegetarian dinners will come up.

How often does your menu change?

Our menu will change on a regular basis and we will keep a handful of the favourites available for each menu rotation

What are your serving sizes for sides?

One serving of our any of our sides are portioned for two people

Ordering FAQ’s

How do I order?

To order your meals simply select the menu dropdown at the top of the page; then press ‘full menu’;  select the meal you want; then add the quantities and then press add to cart. From here you can checkout and select delivery or pick up.

Do I have to have a Subscription to order?

There is no subscription associated with ordering, simply order when you need!

What if I am not home to receive my order?

If you are not home to receive your order we will leave it in a safe space at the property. You will receive a notification when your order has been delivered. All of our boxes are packed with ice packs, however we do recommend being home to receive your order to put into the fridge.

How do I redeem the introductory offer?

Our introductory offer is valid for your first purchase only . The discount will be automatically applied once you have completed the billing & shipping information,

When do I need to order?

Orders need to be place by 3pm Thursday to be delivered the following Tuesday

What payment methods do you use?

We have a secure online payment system that accepts Mastercard & Visa.

Can I pay with a Gift Voucher?

Absolutely! Just ensure the gift voucher is valid and if it is less than the total amount you will be prompted to pay the difference.
